This beauty looks a bit like Western Salsify (Tragodon Officinalis), but the leaves are different.
I've yet to catch them in flower.
Fluff first appears in June.
Found beside Highway 97 along the short road that's blocked off going to the Link River in Klamath Falls, OR
I'm thinking this might be a prairie dandelion or something similar.

Maybe a barberry of some kind.
This was in the field behind the Racquet Club in either late July or early August. There were only a couple plants.
I never saw it in bloom and haven't been able to find it again over the last couple seasons, so I don't even know where to begin looking for it.
Found in garden, McMinnville, OR
Found on Klamath Reserve next to boat dock in partly shaded area right next to the water.
